During his tenure as General Manager of the Toll Division at Neology, where he also served on the Board of Directors for nearly 19 years, Joe spearheaded the creation of the RFID transponder business, establishing critical capabilities in design, development, manufacturing, testing, and quality assurance. He built the teams, cultivated the company culture, and led the development of Neology's intellectual patent portfolio, leaving a lasting impact on the company's innovation and growth.
